At Faiza Yasir Online Clothing Store, each piece is made-to-order with great care and attention to detail. We proudly ship our traditional Pakistani bridal couture to customers worldwide through trusted carriers including DHL, FedEx, Skynet, and UPS.

Order Processing Time

All our outfits are handcrafted and made according to your custom measurements and design preferences. Please allow 30–40 business days for order processing and production before dispatch.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges vary based on the destination, parcel weight, and preferred courier. Since we work with multiple shipping companies, rates are calculated manually for each order. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to confirm the shipping cost before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and chosen courier service. Most international deliveries are completed within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Tracking Information

You’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey.

Rush Orders

If you need your outfit sooner, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate urgent requests, depending on design complexity and production schedule.

Returns & Exchanges

As each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and our team will review the issue promptly.
