Exchange Policy
- Eligible Items: Items must be in unused, original condition with all tags attached to qualify for an exchange.
- Exchange Request Period: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Process: Please reach out to us at iamfaizayasir@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange. We will guide you through the process and arrange for your item(s) to be returned.
- Conditions: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative item.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Only items that arrive damaged or incorrect are eligible for a refund.
- Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Process: To request a refund, email us at iamfaizayasir@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the error is on our end (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover return shipping expenses.
Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or during special promotions are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Personalized/Custom Orders: Custom items, including personalized or tailored pieces, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Processing Time
Once received, exchanges and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. For refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
