Return & Refund Policy

At Faiza Yasir, every outfit is crafted exclusively for you — customized to your measurements, style preferences, and chosen details. Because each piece is made-to-order, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

Custom Orders

All garments are individually handcrafted once your order is confirmed. Due to the personalized nature of our couture designs, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or color variations due to screen display differences.

Order Cancellations

Since production begins shortly after confirmation, orders cannot be canceled once placed. If you wish to request a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate it if production has not yet started.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
Our team will review your claim, and if approved, we will offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Please note: damage resulting from shipping mishandling or customer wear is not covered.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if your order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances on our end. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
